This Privacy Policy sets out the way in which we, the Welland Parish Hall Management Committee, collect, use and store any information that you supply to us in relation to hiring the Welland Parish Hall (‘WPH’).

WPH has a documented policy which outlines the collation, retention and disposal of the data we hold. We will retain such data for a period necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, and for a further period of six years, or such other retention period as may be required by law.
